What Better Time to Join or Renew Your NUGALA Membership!

Your annual dues ($20 for alumni, $35 for alumni and partners) help with three major efforts:

Conducting events of interest to the membership.
Supporting Northwestern's LGBT students.
Producing the quarterly newsletter.

NUGALA SCHOLARSHIP DRIVE

The NUGALA scholarship fund is intended to recognize and support students engaged in service to the LGBT community. The program is designed to demonstrate Northwestern's commitment to equality. The fund drive was launched in April 2007 and is well on its way. But your help is needed!An additional $20,000 is urgently needed to establish the endowment by the beginning of the next term. Interested individual and corporate donors should email nugala@alumni.northwestern.edu for details. Thanks for doing your part!

Mission

In keeping with the common purpose of Northwestern University clubs, the mission of NUGALA is to:

a) provide opportunities for students, alumni, parents and supporters to serve as advocates of Northwestern University;

b) influence the role and direction of Northwestern University;

c) encourage intellectual enrichment and professional growth of gay and lesbian alumni through forums and presentations;

d) organize social events to facilitate networking by students, alumni, parents and supporters; and

e) elevate the stature of Northwestern University through NUGALA programming.
