Travel and Accommodations

Coming to town for Homecoming and Reunion Weekend? Find resources here―including hotel accommodations in and around Evanston and information about campus parking, shuttles, and public transportation. We’ll update this page frequently, so check back as the weekend approaches.

Hotel Accommodations

Make your travel plans for Homecoming and Reunion Weekend 2025 early: Alumni and their guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, and hotels can fill up fast. The Chicago’s North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau and Choose Chicago are great resources for the many affordable accommodation options in the Evanston and Chicago areas.

We also reserve hotel room blocks for alumni at local hotels. These room blocks do not include a special discount or rate—rather, they are held for alumni solely as an accommodation option for Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. Block sizes are limited, with rooms offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Hotel block availability can only be guaranteed through each hotel’s specified cut-off date. Details about reservation deadlines, rates, and other terms and conditions can be found on the hotel websites through the links below.
