Our Northwestern Training

Volunteer training for the Our Northwestern administrative tools is no longer available as the Northwestern Alumni Association (NAA) plans to launch a new resource to support the communication needs of Northwestern alumni clubs and communities. 
  
We’ve heard from our volunteers that creating broadcast emails and event registration forms can be cumbersome and time-consuming. In response, we will soon roll out a new program that will remove the burden of email marketing and event registration tasks for volunteers like you. This program is being introduced at the same time that Northwestern is migrating to a new constituent relationship management (CRM) platform with more advanced communication tools.  
 
Additional details will be shared with existing administrators and club leaders via email during the first week of May. In the meantime, if you are an existing administrator with platform questions, please contact ONVolunteers@northwestern.edu. Please note that you should continue to contact your current NAA staff liaison for all other club-related needs and questions.
