Reimbursement Details
Eligible Alumni
Recognized alumni leaders are those who volunteer their time and talents to the following organizations: Regents, NAA Board, NU Clubs, AAC, Young Alumni Committees and Chapters, and Reunion Chairs and Co-Chairs.
Reimbursement
- Download a reimbursement form (Adobe PDF format).
- Each recognized alumni leader will receive a 50% reimbursement of their travel and lodging costs up to a maximum amount of $250.
- Each recognized young alumni leader will receive reimbursement of their travel and lodging costs up to $500.
- Reimbursement is exclusive to rental charges, personal car mileage, toll fees or ticketed travel fare.
- Reimbursement is exclusive to hotel room stays that begin no earlier than September 10 and end no later than September 13, 2008. Auto maintenance costs, miscellaneous expenses, or meal costs will be not rebated. Original receipts must be printed and dated (no handwritten receipts).
- Reimbursements will be paid to individuals or Club. Reimbursement will only be made to individuals who attend all leadership symposium functions for which they registered.
- Reimbursement forms are available online.
- Deadline for reimbursement submittal is October 1, 2008. Any submission received after the deadline will need Executive Director approval.
