NAA Applauds The Pain and the ItchSeventy-five alumni and friends paid a visit to the Steppenwolf Theatre Company on Friday, August 26 for a performance of The Pain and the Itch. Written by alumnus Bruce Norris (C82) and directed by Northwestern associate professor of theater Anna D. Shapiro, the edgy black comedy kept the audience guessing (and laughing) from start to finish.
After the show, the audience enjoyed a discussion with Norris, Shapiro, and members of the cast.
