Osher Lifelong Learning Institute
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is a self-directed, non-credit, daytime program offering seminar-style discussion groups for mature adults through Northwestern's School of Continuing Studies. There are neither faculty nor lecturers. Rather, OLLI is a peer-learning, member-driven program. Members pursue their academic goals in seminar-style discussion groups where they explore topics in literature, history, politics, science, philosophy, current affairs, and the arts. OLLI members can expect to be challenged in an active and participatory learning environment.
OLLI seeks diversity in its membership. There are no academic or age prerequisites. In order to enroll, you must complete the registration form. Include a personal check and mail it to the campus where you wish to attend the majority of your study groups.
