Welcome Wildcats!

The NU Young Alumni Club is an offshoot of the main NU Club of D.C. We hold events that are specifically catered for the interests of alumni who have graduated within the past ten years. Some of our events over the past year have included happy hours, a mini-Dance Marathon, and an annual Holiday Gala, with this year's beneficiary being the U.S. Marine Corp's Toys for Tots Program.

To make sure you know about all events going on (young alumni and club events), we invite you to subscribe to the main NU Club's listserv by going to http://www.alumni.northwestern.edu/washington_dc/membershipinfo.html, then hit "click here to join online." If you have graduated after 2006, there is no cost to join. We also encourage you to invite others to join the young alum listserv by sending an e-mail to nuyadc-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Additionally, make sure you join our Facebook group, Northwestern Young Alumni in DC!

More important than helping people reconnect with fellow young alumni, we hope that we can welcome new graduates, interns, or others new to DC and assist in their adjustment. Also, check back on the Club Calendar section of the website for upcoming events and pictures and stories about past events.
