Q: What is the Council of One Hundred?

A: The Council is a network of Northwestern alumnae who recognize the importance of helping NU's current and recent past female students achieve academic and career goals. They are eager to share their time and experiences to further the goals of women students.

A: The Council's members are leaders in their chosen traditional or nontraditional professions.

Q: What does the Council of One
Hundred do for women students?

A: Council members mentor students, offer valuable ideas and advice based on their real-life success stories and experiences, and provide important connections in the job market.

Q: How can students get involved?

A: The Council of One Hundred meets on campus twice during each school year. During these meetings, Council members conduct panels and firesides, and make themselves available to students to answer questions and share experiences and advice. Meetings are free and open to all Northwestern students.

Q: How do students sign up?

A: Notices for the meetings will be sent early fall & spring quarter and offer the opportunity to reserve a spot at the events. Students can also serve as hosts for Council members.
