Executive coach and career management consultant Warren Radtke (EB57) leads an interactive workshop for people at all career stages. Whether you’re happy with your job or not, his ideas help you evaluate your current “pasture” and explore new ones. For those considering retirement, this workshop provides a path toward making a meaningful and continuing contribution. As a part of his current professional practice, Radtke consults with alumni of the Harvard Business School. 

Transitioning Back to the Workforce
The idea of returning to the workforce after raising a family or taking care of a spouse or parent(s) can be overwhelming. You’re faced with many questions about how to begin, how to evaluate the job market, and how job search and interviewing methods have changed. Cynthia Graham, senior assistant director with Northwestern University Career Services, will share her 25-plus years of experience as a job search and career adviser to help you get back on track.
